This delicious pie comes together in literally 3 minutes!
The addition of fat free greek yogurt cuts down the calories in this dessert but it also cuts back on some of the sweetness leaving you with an amazingly refreshing dessert! This dessert is served frozen but I actually like to serve it partly frozen! Remove it from the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving and up to 30 minutes if you’d like it a little softer!
- 2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
- 1½ cups plain fat free greek yogurt
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 3 cups light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
